A cohesive debate?

We're holding the second of our online debates in early April. The Debate Place question this time is:

In the midst of a recession how can we develop cohesive communities?

We'll send out a bulletin before the debate so you don't miss this opportunity to have your say. In the meantime, have a look at the findings from last month's debate about climate change

Our aim of offering the Foundation Degree in Sustainable Communities in all English regions is well on track with the University of Salford launching the course in the North West.

Salford will join Sheffield Hallam and Northumbria when it opens the course to students in September 2009. Courses are being finalised in London, Southampton, Milton Keynes and the Midlands.

The course helps students develop practical skills for delivering housing and regeneration programmes.
